The Arts Partnership Receives Grant for Amplifying the Arts

The Arts Partnership is a collective of more than 150 artists, arts-related businesses and arts nonprofits in Cass and Clay counties. They work to ensure arts and culture in our community are being communicated about, advocated for and spread across many sectors.

With the support of the FM Area Foundation, The Arts Partnership (TAP) continues to build its capacity to serve the arts community in the Metro.

TAP cultivates and amplifies the arts in our community in several ways, including providing funding for organizations and artists, managing programs that promote participation in and appreciation of the arts, and through advocacy and communications efforts.

In the past year, TAP has written 40 feature articles for “The Forum” that promotes the work of arts organizations, artists and arts-and-culture events throughout the Metro. One artist’s work was featured in an article prior to the annual Studio Crawl, a free two-day event, which the public is invited into the studios of many working artists in the area.
