The FM Area Foundation has awarded $454,725 in scholarships to more than 200 area students for the 2026–2027 academic year, helping students pursue their educational goals at colleges, universities, technical schools and other post-secondary programs.
These scholarships are made possible by generous individuals, families and businesses who have created scholarship funds through the FM Area Foundation. Their generosity provides students with financial support as they take the next step in their education and invest in their future.
This year’s scholarship recipients represent 57 area high schools and universities. They are pursuing a wide range of educational paths, including four-year degrees, technical and vocational training and other post-secondary programs.
“Scholarships are a powerful way for donors to invest in the future of our community,” said Jamie Olson, Director of Donor Services/Grants Manager. “The generosity of the individuals, families and businesses who establish these funds creates opportunities for students to pursue their educational goals and build a strong foundation for their futures.
