As the region’s home for charitable giving, the FM Area Foundation is pleased to introduce the Giving Guide, a new year-round resource for discovering local organizations and the important work happening throughout our community.
Each organization featured has been reviewed through the FM Area Foundation’s Community Grant Round process, giving you the benefit of our more than six decades of experience as a local funder and our understanding of community needs.
We hope you will use this guide throughout the year as you consider where your charitable giving can make a difference. Whether you are giving through a charitable fund, making a direct donation or considering a long-term philanthropic plan, our role is to be your guide.
If you have a donor-advised fund at the FM Area Foundation, you can support nonprofits easily and directly from your donor portal. Log in and make a grant recommendation from your fund for the nonprofits you want to support. It’s fast, easy and makes giving even more fun!
